Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 10th March 2025

Eligibility 

To participate in the referral program, you must be a customer of Protec Tinting who has completed at least one service.

Referral Offer 

Referring Customer: For each successful referral, the referring customer will receive a $30 reward. This reward will be paid via bank transfer within 10 business days after the new customer’s job is completed and payment is received in full. The $30 reward is not redeemable for physical cash and will only be transferred to the referring customer’s nominated bank account.

New Customer: The new customer referred will receive a 10% discount on their tinting quote. This discount will be applied to their quote before they decide to proceed with the job.

Successful Referral Criteria 

A referral is considered successful when the new customer books and completes payment in full for the service.

The referring customer will only receive the $30 reward once the new customer’s job is completed and full payment has been received.

The new customer’s 10% discount will be applied to their initial quote before they approve and accept the work.

Referral Process 

The referring customer will receive a unique referral code or link to share with potential new customers.

The new customer must mention the referral code when requesting a quote to ensure they receive their 10% discount.

Each referral code can only be used once per new customer.

There is no limit to the number of unique referrals a referring customer can make during this promotion.

Payment and Rewards 

The referring customer will receive the $30 reward via bank transfer, which may take up to 10 business days to process.

Referral rewards will not be issued if the new customer cancels their booking or fails to pay in full.

Referral Program Duration 

The referral program will remain active until June 30th, 2025.

Protec Tinting reserves the right to terminate or modify this program at any time without prior notice.

Program Abuse 

Protec Tinting reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the referral program if fraudulent, unethical, or suspicious behaviour is detected.

Minimum Qualifying Value 

To be eligible for the referral program rewards, the new customer's total service cost must exceed $500.

If this requirement is not met, neither the referring customer nor the new customer will be eligible for the referral rewards.
